In this first stage the existing conditions, residence and proposed design are modelled. Initial textures and proposed views are created. Initial lighting is created to be further refined

A low resolution series of images is submitted for the clients review and feedback

In this second stage additional detail is worked into the model. This includes planting, furniture and decoration. Lighting and textures get finalised and the selected views may get tweaked to best showcase this new content.

A series of low resolution images are submitted to the client for final pre-render approval

Once the client provides their feedback/sign off on stage 2. The project is then rendered, the outputs compiled and the final image set is submitted to the client with the remaining invoice amount
